FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions)
The Gold Coast City Council has rules about which trees need council approcal and which do not. Dead, dangerous trees can be removed without approcal however it is always best to be sure. We understand the council rules and can advise you accordingly. Contact us for a free consultation.
No job is too small (or too big!)
Whilst we appreciate that some people do have the ability to cut down their own trees you need to be very cautious about doing this. A hollowed out tree might not fall where you anticipate. Tree work can be very dangerous so best leave it to the professionals. If you have already cut down the tree though we can evaluate if we can mulch it.
Whilst some arborists won’t touch palm trees, we are happy to cut them down for you. However, we cannot mulch palms so they will need to be carted away at your cost. It is not very expensive though, call us for a quote.
